At elderly care homes, staff are preparing with fans and ice cream to cope with the heat.

”Höga temperaturer kan leda till oväntade och farliga situationer i vägtrafiken”, Trafikverket writes on its website. Motorists are especially urged to watch for vehicle breakdowns.
