The Argentine government held a Political Table meeting on Wednesday, July 8, at Casa Rosada, where the space was institutionalized on a weekly basis.
The meeting included Karina Milei, Diego Santilli, Luis Caputo, Martín Menem, Patricia Bullrich and other officials. It marked Santilli's first gathering as chief of staff and Fabián Fernández's debut as secretary of Communication and Media.
Attendees reviewed the Private Property Inviolability Bill, scheduled for Senate treatment on July 16. They also discussed changes to Cold Zones to cut taxes and an electoral reform that the ruling party says could save around 250 million dollars.
Luis Caputo presented economic indicators, highlighting 6.3% monthly and 4.1% year-on-year growth in construction activity during May. The Fiscal Innocence Project was also updated and will be sent to the Chamber of Deputies starting July 20.
