韓国、暗号資産を国有財産に分類する方針

韓国政府は、76年前に制定された国有財産法を改正し、仮想通貨や知的財産を国有財産として扱う方針を固めた。企画財政部が新たな経済政策ロードマップの中でこれらの変更を明らかにした。

同省は水曜日にロードマップを発表した。これには、デジタル資産を初めて国有財産管理システムに組み入れるための改正案が含まれている。

政府関係者はまた、2027年にトークン化された国債の試験運用を行う計画を確認した。この試験運用では、韓国銀行の中央銀行デジタル通貨(CBDC)ネットワークとの連携を模索する予定である。

検討中の追加措置には、個人投資家向けに国有不動産をトークン化する案も含まれている。資本市場法および電子証券発行等の法改正は2027年2月4日に施行される予定で、これによりブロックチェーン台帳が証券登録簿としての正式な法的地位を得ることになる。
