東京地裁は15日、ライブ配信中に女性を55回以上刺したとして、44歳の男に懲役16年の判決を言い渡した。事件は昨年3月に新宿区高田馬場で起きた。
高田馬場で起きた事件で、被告の鷹野健一は佐藤愛莉さん（当時22歳）を殺害した罪で有罪となった。検察は懲役20年を求刑し、弁護側は9年を主張した。
裁判長の井戸俊一裁判官は、鷹野が佐藤さんのスマホを手に取り「死んでる？」とカメラに向かって言った点を指摘した。動機については、佐藤さんから借金の詐欺被害を受けたという被告の主張を考慮した。
鷹野は2021年12月に配信アプリで佐藤さんと知り合い、翌年に255万円を貸したが返済は3万円のみだった。裁判所命令が出た後も返済されなかった。
