Duplantis to compete in Monaco this summer

Pole vaulter Armand Duplantis will take part in the Diamond League gala in Monaco on July 10.

The Diamond League gala in Monaco has added the men's pole vault to its program. This follows requests from Duplantis himself and the organizers.

His agent Daniel Wessfeldt confirmed that both the organizer and Duplantis were positive about the participation. The event was therefore expanded with the discipline.

Duplantis recently moved to Monaco. The gala will be his first competition in his new hometown.
