Filip Wiberg signs with Vimmerby for HockeyAllsvenskan season

Filip Wiberg has joined Vimmerby in HockeyAllsvenskan after leaving Sundsvall. The 24-year-old forward signed a contract for the upcoming season.

The move marks a step up for Wiberg, who returned to his mother club Sundsvall in 2023. He previously played for Västerås and Vita Hästen.

In recent seasons with Sundsvall in HockeyEttan, Wiberg recorded strong numbers. He tallied 30 goals and 50 points in 45 games during 2024/2025, followed by 24 points in the same number of games last season.
