IT sector maintains high hiring expectations in Argentina

Martín Sandoval, labor psychologist from UBA, stated that the information technology sector remains one of the most in demand by companies. He highlighted positive prospects for the final quarter of the year.

According to Sandoval, 39% of companies plan to hire IT staff during this period. The sector supports organizations' technological operations and decision-making at all levels.

University training in fields such as Systems Engineering or Systems Science remains key, although bootcamps and certifications are also valued. Sandoval noted that companies manage courses to address talent shortages.

Cybersecurity becomes essential amid rising cybercrimes. Sandoval recommended keeping updated programs and emphasized that AI does not replace the role of trained professionals.
