Christopher M. Carroll, a 36-year-old paramedic, is accused of contaminating items with his bodily fluids at two Maryland public buildings. Authorities say he recorded the acts and posted videos online to attract paying subscribers. Carroll faces multiple misdemeanor charges and is set for a plea hearing next month.
Baltimore County police began investigating the case in November 2025 after receiving reports of tampering with consumable items. Investigators found video evidence showing Carroll urinating in an ice maker at the Baltimore County Public Safety Building in Towson and at a fire station in Pikesville. He is also accused of contaminating an orange juice carton, chili, hand soap, lip balm, vegetables, an air conditioner vent and room spray.
Carroll allegedly posted the videos to an online platform where subscribers paid seven dollars per month. He was arrested in February and remains in custody without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Court records list 20 counts of causing someone to ingest bodily fluid and three counts of malicious destruction of property. Carroll has a plea hearing scheduled for August 21. If he rejects the offered deal, a trial is set for October.
