Peggy Gou releases summer single 'Wo,man' with Ayra Starr

Peggy Gou has released her new single 'Wo,man' featuring Ayra Starr. The track came out on June 26 via XL Recordings.

The South Korean-born, London-based artist described the song as a euphoric summer dancefloor anthem. Gou said she sought a voice matching the track's uplifting energy and that Starr brought the right balance of sexiness and swag.

Starr called the collaboration fun and noted its summer vibe. The release follows Gou's earlier remix of Starr's single 'Where Do We Go'.

To mark the launch, Gou opened a one-day pop-up boutique called 'The Gou,tique' in east London on June 26. The event ran from 4pm to 9pm and offered free entry on a first-come basis.

Gou is scheduled to headline a show at London's Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich on August 2.
