A second-year student discovered the message written in pencil on a school bench Wednesday afternoon: "El día 9 de abril cuidensé habrá un tiroteo. A las 8 en punto voy a salir del baño y los voy a matar a todos". The image went viral, creating psychosis in the school community and over half the students absent Thursday morning.
Rector Lidia Mochi responded immediately. "Ni bien nos enteramos por una mamá muy preocupada, inspeccionamos el aula, verificamos que era cierto y fuimos a la Comisaría de la Mujer y el Niño. Luego nos derivaron a la Comisaría Primera, donde intervino el fiscal y se abrió una denuncia penal", Mochi explained.
Handwriting experts from Policía de Corrientes processed the scene that afternoon, analyzing letters and strokes to match them against students' notebooks. Thursday before 7:00 a.m., officers inspected classrooms, patios, and bathrooms, ruling out immediate dangers.
A permanent police post was set up at the entrance. "Acordamos con el comisario que nos iban a brindar una custodia.
