Alfa Laval sikrer rekordordre på 1,1 milliarder kroner

Alfa Laval har mottatt en ordre verdt 1,1 milliarder kroner for levering av utstyr til et biodrivstoffraffinaderi i Brasil. Avtalen er selskapets største ordre noensinne.

Alfa Laval skal levere forbehandlingssystemer til anlegget som bygges av Acelen, et selskap eid av Mubadala Capital med hovedkontor i Abu Dhabi. Systemene inkluderer varmevekslere, separatorer og spesialtilpassede komponenter for prosessering av vegetabilske oljer som soyaolje og brukt frityrolje.

Det brasilianske raffinaderiet bygges til en totalkostnad på 30 milliarder kroner og vil fokusere på produksjon av flydrivstoff. Leveransene fra Alfa Laval er planlagt å skje frem til 2029.

I en pressemelding beskriver Alfa Laval ordren som et betydelig skritt i deres satsing på fornybar energi. Aksjekursen steg marginalt mandag morgen.
