Blackpink's Lisa books first K-pop Las Vegas residency

Blackpink's Lisa has become the first K-pop artist to book a residency in Las Vegas. The Thai singer-rapper will perform four nights of Viva la Lisa at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace this November. Variety first reported the announcement.

Lisa, known for her role in the third season of The White Lotus, scheduled the shows across two weekends: November 13-14 and November 27-28. The residency marks a milestone for K-pop in the city, as no other artist from the genre has previously secured such a run there, according to Variety. Fans can expect performances drawing from her recent solo work and career highlights at the iconic venue. Lisa released her solo debut album Alter Ego last March. Production began last year on a documentary directed by Sue Kim, which follows a year in the artist's life. The news highlights Lisa's growing international presence beyond Blackpink, blending her music career with acting roles. No further details on ticket sales or setlists were immediately available.
