Designer Brunello Cucinelli and his family hosted the New York premiere of the documentary 'Brunello: A Gracious Visionary' at Lincoln Center on Tuesday evening. Over 400 guests attended the intimate event, which featured personal welcomes from the family and a standing ovation for the film. The screening celebrated Cucinelli's life, business, and philosophy of humanistic capitalism.

On Tuesday evening, more than 400 guests arrived at Lincoln Center for the unveiling of 'Brunello: A Gracious Visionary,' a two-hour documentary chronicling designer Brunello Cucinelli's upbringing in the Italian countryside, his marriage to Federica Cucinelli, the growth of his fashion label, and his advocacy for humanistic capitalism. Cucinelli, his wife Federica, and daughters Carolina and Camilla greeted attendees on a plush beige carpet, creating a familial atmosphere. Cucinelli personally embraced and kissed guests, remarking to Vogue, “Our business started here, right after Germany. It’s so moving to be back here many years later with our friends.” Federica added, “This is such a beautiful, iconic theater. To be here, surrounded by all these people, we feel so many emotions.” Guests including actors Allison Williams, Oscar Isaac, Naomi Watts, Katie Holmes, and Joshua Jackson mingled in the lobby with champagne before entering the auditorium. Williams praised Cucinelli's ability to evolve while maintaining the brand's essence, while interior designer Jeremiah Brent highlighted starting the business at age 25 and involving his children. Martha Stewart teased the film's content but declined to reveal details. Cucinelli addressed the audience in Italian, emphasizing New York's importance to the brand and urging younger generations to “replace fear with hope” and “look up to the skies.” The screening ended with a standing ovation, followed by an upstairs Italian feast featuring cured meats, fresh mozzarella, rigatoni pomodoro, Brunello Cucinelli wines, and tiramisù.
