Charli XCX releases Wink Wink music video

Charli XCX has released the video for her new single Wink Wink, the third from her forthcoming project Music, Fashion, Film. The visual features the pop star performing household chores that turn sensual while wearing outfits from several designers.

Directed by Aidan Zamiri, the video shows Charli XCX singing lines including “Here’s the truth and I gotta be honest, I’m not a bad girl anymore, I promise.” She appears in a turquoise leather racer-style outfit from Chrome Hearts while stomping in mud, and in a rose-print mini-dress by Natasha Zinko while cleaning a greenhouse window.

Additional looks include a white corseted blouse with hot pink bra and black hotpants from the same designer, plus a rose-pink bra and sheer polka-dot skirt from Fleur du Mal. The video also includes self-referential items from her earlier work, such as a ruffled lilac co-ord from a 2018 performance and a Brat merch T-shirt.

Stylist Chris Horan selected pieces from Zinko’s Drop 1 2027 collection. The clip follows the earlier SS26 visual, which featured a runway-style presentation with fashion figures in attendance.
