Monica Eriksson, 83, in Sunnansjö experienced a shock when home care staff arrived with two Securitas guards after notification that care for her husband Leif, 86, may be withdrawn.
Monica Eriksson has long fought for her husband Leif to receive the care she believes he is entitled to. Conflicts with the municipality have centered on hours, invoices and journal notes.
First came the message that home care may be withdrawn entirely. A few hours later there was a knock on the door and staff stood there together with two guards.
– It was a shock, says Monica Eriksson. She describes the situation as violating.
