Luleå physical trainer highlights standout young players

Luleå continues its preseason training with a familiar approach focused on gym work and steady routines. Physical trainer Philip Sjölund has pointed to several younger players who have impressed early on.

Sjölund told NSD that the team follows double sessions on Mondays and Thursdays with single sessions on other weekdays. Much of the work takes place in the gym as the club sticks to proven methods rather than chasing new trends.
