Chaleco López competirá no Desafío del Desierto 2026 com Jeremías Israel

O Rally Desafío del Desierto 2026 foi lançado na segunda-feira em Santiago. A edição marca o aniversário de 25 anos do evento e contará com lendas do rali chileno.

O lançamento aconteceu no salão principal do Mall Sport. Pilotos incluindo Francisco Chaleco López, Jeremías Israel, Tomás de Gavardo e Ruy Barbosa estavam presentes.

Chaleco López, que competiu na primeira edição em 2000, fará dupla com Jeremías Israel nas motocicletas. A competição será realizada de 25 a 28 de junho em Copiapó e arredores na Região do Atacama.

O evento incluirá quatro etapas e mais de 600 quilômetros de percurso. As categorias abrangem motocicletas de enduro, quadriciclos, UTVs e motos Big Trail acima de 650 cc. O rali cresceu desde o seu início com 70 participantes para cerca de 200 pilotos atualmente.
