Accidents fell 2 percent to 51 incidents, victims to 60 people (down 34 percent), and fatalities to 2 (down 60 percent). Hanggodo praised JMTC monitoring and CCTV enhancements for improving safety.

House Commission III member Martin Tumbelaka praised National Traffic Police Chief Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho. "These partner efforts are extraordinary," he said. Agus stated the homecoming traffic was controlled with no major incidents.
