Kentiba Adanech Abebe shared on social media that the Addis Ababa Grand Prix marked a historic success, thanks to the city's modern sports facilities. In April alone, Addis Ababa hosted three major international events, proving its readiness for world-class competitions.
Beyond elite athletes, these events boost sports tourism, positioning the city as a hub for global gatherings that benefit residents and visitors. Fans praised the enthusiastic Ethiopian participation and hospitality. The administrator invited athletes to extend their stay in vibrant Addis Ababa.
This follows the March announcement of the event's selection, building on recent milestones like the upcoming World Athletics Relays.
