Hilary Duff announces first headline show in New Zealand

Hilary Duff has revealed details of her upcoming tour, the lucky me tour, which includes her debut headline performance in New Zealand. The show is set for October 2026 at Spark Arena in Auckland, supporting her new album luck… or something. The tour marks her first major global headline run in nearly 20 years.

Hilary Duff, known for her role in the Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire, is set to release her sixth studio album, luck… or something, on February 20, 2026. This project follows her 2015 album Breathe In. Breathe Out., which debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200. The new album features the single “Roommates,” co-written by Duff with her husband Matthew Koma and Brian Phillips, and praised by Rolling Stone as “10 OUT OF 10…one of her best songs.” The track's music video, directed by Matty Peacock, has surpassed 2 million views on YouTube. Earlier single “Mature” garnered over 5 million global streams in its first week and nearly 4 million YouTube views for its video, directed by Lauren Dunn.

Duff teased the tour during her final “Small Rooms, Big Nerves” show in Los Angeles. Titled the lucky me tour, it will cover seven countries: the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. The New Zealand date is a one-night event on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Spark Arena in Auckland, featuring support from GRAMMY Award-winning artist La Roux. This will be Duff's first headline show in the country.

Tickets go on general sale February 20, 2026, at 1 p.m. local time via livenation.co.nz. Presales include options for album pre-orders starting February 17 at noon, Westpac Mastercard holders from February 18 at 2 p.m., Westfield members from February 19 at 1 p.m., and Live Nation from February 19 at 1 p.m. The tour is presented by Live Nation and celebrates Duff's return to pop music after establishing careers in production, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and acting, including her role in Younger.

Duff's earlier albums, such as the 4X platinum Metamorphosis in 2003 and platinum self-titled release in 2004, sold 15 million copies worldwide combined with Dignity in 2007.
