Marcus Davidsson extends contract with KooKoo

Swedish center Marcus Davidsson has signed a new deal to remain with Finnish Liiga club KooKoo for the 2026/27 season. The 27-year-old forward had a strong campaign that included a run to the league final.

KooKoo announced the extension after Davidsson posted 38 points in 44 regular-season games and added 10 points in 16 playoff contests. The team reached the Liiga final but fell to Tappara in a seven-game series.
