Marcus Davidsson verlängert Vertrag bei KooKoo

Der schwedische Center Marcus Davidsson hat einen neuen Vertrag unterzeichnet und bleibt dem finnischen Liiga-Club KooKoo bis zur Saison 2026/27 erhalten. Der 27-jährige Stürmer blickt auf eine starke Spielzeit zurück, in der er mit seinem Team bis ins Finale der Liga einzog.

KooKoo gab die Vertragsverlängerung bekannt, nachdem Davidsson in 44 Spielen der regulären Saison 38 Punkte erzielt und in 16 Playoff-Partien weitere 10 Punkte hinzugefügt hatte. Das Team erreichte das Liiga-Finale, unterlag dort jedoch Tappara in einer Serie über sieben Spiele.

Stockselius will reunite with Danielsson, who was on loan from Örebro, while facing Öby-Olsen next season after his move to Färjestad.
