Mineradores desbloqueiam Zaragoza e mantêm negociações em Buenaventura

Após cinco dias de bloqueios, mineradores artesanais liberaram a passagem no setor de Zaragoza, na rota Buga-Buenaventura. Os diálogos continuam em outras áreas afetadas de Valle del Cauca.

A governadora de Valle del Cauca, Dilian Francisca Toro, confirmou a reabertura do setor de Zaragoza. A medida foi alcançada após uma mesa técnica envolvendo o governo regional, os ministérios do Interior e do Meio Ambiente, a Procuradoria-Geral e a Defensoria do Povo.

Toro declarou em sua conta no X que o desbloqueio traz alívio a milhares de famílias e setores produtivos que sofreram prejuízos econômicos durante os fechamentos. Ela ressaltou que restaurar a mobilidade é fundamental para proteger empregos e o abastecimento de alimentos e medicamentos.

Os bloqueios interromperam o fluxo diário de entre 3.000 e 4.600 veículos, gerando perdas estimadas de até 5,6 bilhões de pesos por dia, segundo a Colfecar. Nidia Hernández, presidente executiva da associação, observou que o fechamento de corredores estratégicos não deve se tornar uma tática de pressão recorrente.
