New owners for villa in Västra Ingelstad for 4.4 million kronor

The sale of the villa at Hästskovägen 10 in Västra Ingelstad, Vellinge, is complete. New owners Jessica Ashley and Jeremy Kaplan have purchased the property for 4,400,000 kronor. The house, built in 1966, has a living area of 91 square meters.

Buyers Jessica Ashley, 33, and Jeremy Kaplan, 35, are taking over from Marcus Johnny Bobo Lithander and Anna Jenny Maria Lithander. The price was 4,400,000 kronor for the 91-square-meter house built in 1966.

This is the second sale in seven years. The previous one was in October 2018 for 3,320,000 kronor, representing a 33 percent value increase. Nearby, another property at Landsvägen 361 sold for 6,210,000 kronor with 187 square meters of living space a couple of months ago.

Within one kilometer, three houses have sold in the last year, with the most expensive at Annexvägen 1 fetching 5,250,000 kronor. In the Vellinge postal area, 147 homes have changed hands in the same period, at an average of 39,738 kronor per square meter.

According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, villa prices in Vellinge municipality have fallen 2.8 percent in the last three months but risen 2 percent over the year. The county saw a 2.2 percent decline quarterly and 1.6 percent increase annually. The average price in Vellinge is 55,727 kronor per square meter, compared to 30,810 kronor in the county.

The five most expensive sales in Vellinge over the past year include Forshällavägen 140-8 for 14,400,000 kronor.
