The price was 4,400,000 kronor for the 91-square-meter house built in 1966.
This is the second sale in seven years. The previous one was in October 2018 for 3,320,000 kronor, representing a 33 percent value increase. Nearby, another property at Landsvägen 361 sold for 6,210,000 kronor with 187 square meters of living space a couple of months ago.
