The county saw a 2.2 percent decline quarterly and 1.6 percent increase annually. The average price in Vellinge is 55,727 kronor per square meter, compared to 30,810 kronor in the county.

The five most expensive sales in Vellinge over the past year include Forshällavägen 140-8 for 14,400,000 kronor.
