Ohtani and Clement Lead MLB All-Star Fan Voting

Shohei Ohtani of the Dodgers holds the top spot in National League voting for the 2026 MLB All-Star Game with more than 2.3 million votes. Ernie Clement of the Blue Jays leads the American League with over 2 million votes. Phase 1 of fan voting ends Thursday at noon ET.

The second ballot update released Monday shows Ohtani ahead of all players. He leads NL designated hitters and trails only Clement overall by more than 256,000 votes.

Clement overtook previous AL leaders including Mike Trout and Aaron Judge. He now holds a nearly 80,000-vote edge over Yordan Alvarez of the Astros.

Phase 1 concludes Thursday. The top two vote-getters at each position plus the top six outfielders advance to Phase 2 voting that begins June 29.

The 2026 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard is scheduled for July 14 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
