Oliver Bohm has retired from his playing career and rejoined Växjö Lakers in a new role. The 34-year-old former defenseman will serve as the club's materialförvaltare starting next season.

Oliver Bohm announced the end of his playing career on Sunday. He had most recently played for Vita Hästen in Hockeyettan during the past season. Bohm cited family reasons for the decision, noting that his wife chose a home in Växjö after years of moving around Sweden for his career.
