In Addis Ababa on Miyazya 14, 2018 (EFM C), Foreign Minister Gedion Timothewos (Dr.) addressed diplomatic achievements since the incumbent government took office during Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's (Dr.) third 100-day and extended months performance review.

The minister highlighted success in countering diplomatic pressures aimed at halting the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam's construction and water utilization. Becoming a full BRICS Plus member marks a significant diplomatic gain, he added.
