Stephen Feder has taken on the role of SVP, Production at Disney Live Action, where he reports directly to Daria Cercek, president of Disney Live Action. Cercek reports to David Greenbaum, president of Disney Live Action and 20th Century Studios. Feder's counterparts in the division include EVP, Production Jessica Virtue and SVP, Production Allison Erlikhman. The announcement, reported exclusively on March 19, 2026, comes during a broader leadership reorganization at Disney following Josh D’Amaro's ascension to CEO from Bob Iger. Prior to this position, Feder was most recently at Megan Ellison’s Annapurna Pictures, serving as a founding member with a first-look deal covering film and television. There, he oversaw production on Richard Linklater’s Everybody Wants Some!! and acted as executive on Wong Kar-wai’s The Grandmaster and Harmony Korine’s Spring Breakers. Feder's Disney tenure represents a homecoming, having served as VP of film development at Lucasfilm from 2016 to 2019, contributing to projects like Solo: A Star Wars Story. He later joined Rian Johnson and Ram Bergman’s T-Street as a producer. In partnership with Kiri Hart from his Lucasfilm days, Feder helped launch Counterculture, Ltd., which introduced Vera Miao’s Rock Springs at Sundance this year. A Chicago native, Feder holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
