Suede have announced a 30th anniversary reissue of their 1996 album Coming Up along with a 12-inch singles collection. The band shared a rare BBC recording of Beautiful Ones as a first taster.
The album reached number one in the UK and featured five hit singles including Trash, Saturday Night and Beautiful Ones. It marked the first record with guitarist Richard Oakes after Bernard Butler left the band.
Oakes said the album showed the group pushing back creatively. A special edition will arrive on September 25 through Demon Music in multiple formats including vinyl and a five-CD box set with new Steven Wilson mixes.
The band will start the 12-inch singles collection with a 30th anniversary pressing of Trash on August 14. They also plan a co-headline tour with Manic Street Preachers that begins October 28 in Glasgow.
