Patrick Ball, portraying Dr. Frank Langdon, explained the demands in a Variety interview: "You might be the star of the show, but you're going to spend three hours being a fuzzy blob in the background of somebody else's scene." Isa Briones, who plays Dr. Trinity Santos, shared with Vulture: "Everything feels like one big rehearsal. We're always on stage."
