An Italian television network, La7, has filed copyright claims against Nvidia's official YouTube channel and several content creators over footage from Nvidia's DLSS 5 announcement video. La7 used clips from the video in its own podcast uploaded on April 4, 2026, despite Nvidia posting the original on March 16. The claims have blocked Nvidia's video and others discussing the technology.
