The Indonesian government is strengthening financing access to support housing, agriculture, labor-intensive industries and MSMEs.
Deputy Ferry Irawan from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs delivered the remarks during a plenary session of the Eighth Indonesian Islamic Community Congress in Jakarta on 25 July 2026.
He said the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility and Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance schemes target the demand side, while contractor and developer facilities total Rp20 billion to Rp25 billion.
Ferry added the government is also developing financing for agricultural tools, agricultural business credit, working capital for labor-intensive industries and local currency transaction schemes with trading partners including China, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand.
