The circumstances surrounding the death are unclear, and prosecutors have decided to open a preliminary investigation into murder. “At the slightest question mark about a death, we always initiate a preliminary investigation into murder. We will hold interrogations with the detained man,” says Evelina Olsson, police spokesperson.
The woman's relatives have been notified. Police state that further interrogations and technical examinations will be conducted to clarify what happened.
