Polda Metro Jaya will hand over suspects Roy Suryo and Dr. Tifa along with evidence to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office on Monday, 22 June 2026 at 09.00 WIB.
Metro Jaya Police Public Relations Chief Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto stated that the two suspects will depart together from the police headquarters to Kejari Jaksel for the second stage.
Suspects Roy Suryo and Tifauzia Tyassuma or Dr. Tifa will be moved from RS Polri Kramat Jati to the Metro Jaya Police detention center on Sunday night, 21 June 2026.
They have been treated at the hospital since Friday night, 19 June 2026 on doctors' recommendation due to comorbid conditions.
Legal team member Refly Harun said their general condition is good but requires further medical monitoring.
