PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (Bank BJB) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in a hybrid format at Gedung Pakuan in Bandung on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Shareholders approved the 2025 annual reports, including consolidated financial statements, and a dividend distribution of Rp900 billion, or Rp85.54 per share.

Key decisions included appointing Susi Pudjiastuti as independent Chair of the Board of Commissioners, Eydu Oktain Panjaitan as Independent Commissioner, and Ayi Subarna as President Director. Ayi, previously Director of Operations and Information Technology, replaced Yusuf Saadudin, who passed away in November 2025. Other directors were selected from internal ranks.

West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi, the largest shareholder representative, emphasized integrity in financial management. "Integrity for financial managers. I strongly believe Mrs. Susi has integrity as chair of the board," he said. He referred to Susi as "Ratu Laut Kidul," noting she initially refused but was persuaded. "Even though Ratu Laut Kidul is fierce at sea, in the forest she yields to Prabu Siliwangi," he remarked.

Other agendas covered appointing public accountants, updating the Recovery Action Plan, and amending the articles of association related to its status as a financial conglomerate parent company.
