Josh Hart recorded 15 rebounds, six assists and four steals with only three points scored, matching a rare statistical line last achieved by Larry Bird in the Finals. The Knicks improved to 12-0 in the postseason with the victory. A fan was banned for life from NBA arenas after running onto the court in the third quarter to attempt a selfie with Wembanyama. A second fan also received a lifetime ban for his role in the incident. Wembanyama finished with a double-double but shot 6 of 21 from the field as the Spurs fell behind 1-0 in the best-of-seven series.
