Maja Stark återhämtade sig till par i US Open

Titelförsvararen Maja Stark inledde US Open med en tuff start men avslutade första rundan på par efter sex birdies.

Efter sju hål låg den 26-åriga svenskan på fyra över par med två dubbelbogeys och en bogey i rad. Hon vände sedan spelet och avslutade rundan på par.

Stark vann sin första majorseger i fjol på Erin Hills i Wisconsin. Tävlingen spelas på Riviera Country Club i Kalifornien.
