Noah Kahan ber fans att sluta stjäla vägskylt i hemstaden

Sångaren Noah Kahan har uppmanat fans att sluta ta en vägskylt från hans hemstad i Vermont. Kahan vände sig till fans som reser till Upper Valley i en Instagram-story. Han sa att de upprepade stölderna visar brist på respekt för invånarna och skapar problem för staden.

Sångaren erbjöd sig att betala för ersättningsskyltar tills en permanent lösning hittats. Han uttryckte beklagande över att omnämnandet av vägnamnet i hans låt lett till störningar för lokalbefolkningen.

Kahan påminde även sin växande fanskara om att respektera hans familjs privatliv och hans hemstads lugn. Han bad dem att inte störa platserna eller invånarna där.

Vädjan kommer i samband med att Kahan i ett nyligen publicerat omslagsreportage i Rolling Stone berättade om att han återvänt till Vermont för att skriva sitt nya album, The Great Divide.
