Otto Kemp recalled by Phillies from triple-a

The Philadelphia Phillies have recalled outfielder Otto Kemp from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Infielder Felix Reyes was optioned to the minors in a corresponding move. The roster adjustment came ahead of Monday's series opener against the Cincinnati Reds.

Otto Kemp returned to the Phillies one month after being sent down for a reset. He was recalled prior to the series opener at Citizens Bank Park and started in left field against Reds left-hander Nick Lodolo while batting ninth in the lineup.
