I ett uttalande på röda mattan vid 2026 års Ivor Novello Awards sa Taylor att hon behöver tid för reflektion. Hon förklarade att hon vill undvika pressen av att ständigt producera mer innehåll i en bransch som tar utan begränsningar. "Jag tvingar mig själv att stanna upp så att jag kan tänka efter och skapa bättre konst tack vare det", sa hon till NME.
