Sirius-supporter döms för att ha kastat bengal över Fyrisån

En supporter till IK Sirius döms att betala 5700 kronor i böter efter att ha kastat tillbaka en bengal under Arosderbyt mot Västerås SK i april.

Efter matchen som IK Sirius vann med 4-1 eskorterades supportrarna från de två lagen längs Fyrisån i Uppsala. En VSK-supporter tände en bengal och kastade den över ån mot Sirius-fansen. En person i den gruppen plockade upp den och kastade tillbaka den.

Bengalen landade i vattnet. Den supporter som kastade tillbaka den har erkänt handlingen men uppgett att det inte var hans bengal. Han döms nu för brott mot lagen om brandfarliga och explosiva varor.

Tre andra anmälningar gjordes i samband med matchen. Samtliga har lagts ned utan att lämnas vidare till åklagare. Det är oklart om någon av dem gällde den person som först kastade bengalen.
