Suspended officer speaks out on erotic content in social media

Nicole V., a 25-year-old officer from the Buenos Aires City Police, was suspended for posting erotic videos in her uniform on platforms like OnlyFans and TikTok. In an interview, she explained she did it out of financial necessity during medical leave, when her salary dropped to $600,000. She denies ties to trafficking networks, though a complaint is investigating possible links.

On October 16, 2025, Nicole V. was placed on availability by the Buenos Aires City Police after erotic videos and photos of her in uniform went viral on networks like Instagram, TikTok, and OnlyFans. The officer, with over three years of service, began producing the content in October during medical leave due to aftermath of gender violence suffered in June, which caused epilepsy and two cardiac arrests. She is undergoing prolonged psychological and psychiatric treatment.

In an interview with Telefé, Nicole clarified: 'I did it out of necessity, the salary wasn't enough. When you're on medical leave in the police, they deduct half your salary. It's $600,000 and it doesn't go far'. She revealed she earned $6 million selling online content, compared to her $600,000 police salary. She insisted: 'I didn't do it to tarnish the institution; I didn't think it would go so viral'.

The force opened an internal investigation for misuse of the uniform and police symbols, deeming the conduct 'indecorous' and harmful to the institution's prestige, violating the ethics code and Public Security Law 5688. Nicole faces expulsion risk, but stated: 'I have no intention of continuing as a police officer because the salary isn't commensurate with the risks an officer faces nor the benefits received'.

However, lawyer Rodrigo Tripolone filed a criminal complaint for possible human trafficking and pimping, claiming videos show one man and four women in suggestive settings, indicating an organized network. Nicole denied the accusations: 'I work independently. I collaborate with other girls who make content, but we don't have a pimp; there's no trafficking network behind it'. The Police also filed for usurpation of titles against a non-member young woman involved. The investigation is with the Office of Transparency and External Control, assessing impact on police credibility.
