Defenseman Axel Brøngel Larsson is moving from Frölunda to the United States to play in the USHL. The 18-year-old has signed with the Youngstown Phantoms.

Axel Brøngel Larsson joined Frölunda's junior program from Norwegian club Vålerenga in 2023. He made three SHL appearances and one in the Champions Hockey League during his time in Gothenburg.
