Bank BJB received The Best Conventional Bank in Service Excellence for 5 Consecutive Years (2021-2025) with a Golden rating. The award recognizes the bank's sustained commitment to service quality.

Bank BJB also won The Best Conventional Bank in Excellence Walk-In Channel for 5 Consecutive Years (2021-2025) with a Golden Walk-In Channel rating and The Best Conventional Bank in Excellence Priority Banking Service for 5 Consecutive Years (2022-2026) with a Golden Priority Banking Service rating.

In other categories, Bank BJB ranked first for The Best Conventional Bank in Excellence Security Guard and The Best Conventional Bank in Excellence Convenient Branch Experience. The event highlighted the bank's efforts to integrate digital innovation with in-person services.
