A man was taken to hospital after a brawl involving several people at a fast-food restaurant in Djupafors outside Ronneby. The incident occurred just before 8pm on Sunday evening. Police are investigating it as attempted murder.
Just before 8pm on Sunday evening, March 22, 2026, a group arrived at a fast-food restaurant in Djupafors, outside Ronneby in Blekinge. A brawl broke out between the group and others present, prompting police and ambulance to be called to the scene. A man was injured by an object and taken to hospital by ambulance. Police spoke with him at the scene, but the extent of his injuries is unknown. One group had left by the time police arrived. Police spokesperson Patric Fors stated: “It is unclear why they fought. When we arrived, one group had left. We are talking to those remaining and the staff.” The site is cordoned off for a technical examination, and the charge is currently attempted murder.
