BYD launches Atto 3 EVO with new platform in Spain

BYD has launched the Atto 3 EVO in Spain, the new generation of its 4.45-meter compact electric SUV. The model features the e-Platform 3.0 with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive options, and ranges exceeding 700 km in urban cycle.

Three years after BYD entered Spain with the Atto 3, it now unveils the Atto 3 EVO, which switches to a new platform and drive systems while keeping a similar exterior design with updates to bumpers, wheels, and rear spoiler. Measuring 4.45 meters, it competes in the compact segment against rivals like Kia e-Niro and Hyundai Kona electric. It offers six colors and a charging port on the right side. Trunk space increases to 490 liters plus 101 liters in the front frunk, suiting family use. The interior features a 15.6-inch central screen with Google services, AI voice assistant, NFC, wireless charging, and V2L function. It uses the e-Platform 3.0 with 74.8 kWh Blade Battery and 800 V architecture, enabling 220 kW DC charging (10-80% in 25 minutes). The Design version (rear-wheel drive) produces 313 hp, accelerates 0-100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, with 510 km combined or 710 km urban range. The Excellence (all-wheel drive) delivers 449 hp, 3.9 seconds, and 470 km combined or 630 km urban. Available at 100 dealerships, it starts at 29,455 euros (Design) and 33,905 euros (Excellence) with promotions, including 360° camera, heated seats, and more.
