Hoteles Estelar ended 2025 with 1.14 million guests and an average occupancy of 63.83%, above the national average of 56.74% reported by Cotelco. The company recorded a net profit of $143.925 million and an EBITDA of $165.320 million, driven by increased demand and diversification across urban and vacation destinations.

Miguel Diez, president of Hoteles Estelar, credited the performance to operations preserving regional cultural customs aligned with their service culture. "This performance is explained by operations seeking to preserve the cultural customs of each region, which in turn connect with our service culture, offering unforgettable experiences, a diversified offering, and a strategy integrating sustainability, efficiency, and local development in every destination we operate," Diez stated.

The chain advanced in quality with 22 hotels recertified as discrimination-free spaces under the Friendly Biz seal and 10 awarded Tripadvisor's Travellers’ Choice 2025, placing them in the global top 10%. On sustainability, it recycled nearly 2,000 kg of plastic, installed 438 solar panels in Cali, and reforested over 2,000 trees, alongside partnerships for emissions reduction and labor inclusion.

Looking to 2026, Hoteles Estelar plans a hotel in Pereira and portfolio strengthening in Colombia and Peru, where it operates 24 hotels across 12 destinations. It also acquired property in Ambalema, Tolima, for community tourism with Fundación Corficolombiana.
