In front of cadres, Kaesang introduced Bustami Zainudin, a DPD RI member from Lampung, as PSI's new cadre. "Today I introduce the newest cadre from Lampung, DPD RI Member Mr. Zainudin. PSI is great to have a DPD RI member," Kaesang said. He also expressed hope for Bustami to run for DPR RI through PSI: "Hopefully he can run for DPR RI through PSI."

Kaesang said Bustami has committed to strengthening PSI in Lampung, including reaching out to communities across regencies and cities. He urged local PSI boards to collaborate with Bustami. "He has committed to me to be loyal to PSI, so please collaborate with Mr. Bustami. I think he is open," he stated.

DPW PSI Lampung Chairman Achmad Ridho Julian claimed Lampung as PSI's "elephant stronghold," with high cadre enthusiasm and event access limited to KTA holders. The Rakorwil had two sessions: internal board verification led by Benediktus Papa, and installation by Kaesang.

Kaesang reminded cadres to prepare for the 2029 elections and party verification next year, citing progress in Pesawaran.
