Atlus revealed a February 18 2027 release date for Persona 4 Revival during an Xbox livestream. The remake will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, and arrive on Xbox Game Pass the same day.
The announcement came during the Xbox Summer Game Fest presentation on June 7. It follows the game's official reveal at last year's Xbox Games Showcase. Director Kazuhisa Wada said the project aims to deliver an experience that is enjoyable in a new and different way. He noted that Persona 4 Golden already contains a large amount of content, making the task of creating a fresh version a tough challenge. The game follows the same approach as Persona 3 Reload, which launched in 2024 with updated visuals and quality of life improvements. Wada added that the team is working with passion and love to make the title surprising for both new players and longtime fans. Persistent rumors about a Persona 4 remake had circulated for some time before Atlus confirmed the project last year.
